I qualified from Kings College, London Medical School in 2008 and completed my GP training in Chertsey, Surrey, after rotations in Epsom, St. Helier and East Surrey Hospitals. I currently work as GP in a busy NHS practice in West Byfleet and live in south-west London with my husband and 18 month old son.
I thoroughly enjoy the variety of medicine and challenges that general practice provides and thrive on building honest and friendly relationships with patients. I am very aware of the pressures of juggling work and family life and the importance of obtaining reliable and timely medical advice and treatment, which I feel can be successfully provided by The GP Surgery. I am very interested in elderly care medicine and I am the named GP for a busy local nursing home which I visit on a weekly basis, ensuring the complex needs of each patient are met. I am also in the process of completing my Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Health, which will further my interests in Woman’s health and family planning.
Away from work I love spending time with my husband and little boy and, when time allows, taking part in sports such as swimming, skiing and running.
